Our initial training program varies depending on your experience but typically consists of seven (7) days of classroom and onsite training at one of our corporate locations.
Training must be completed 45 days prior to your grand opening, and there’s no training fee for up to three (3) people you choose to bring along. You’ll just cover travel, food, and lodging. In addition, two of our experienced team members will be at your restaurant for up to seven (7) days during your opening to support daily operations, inventory management, and team execution.

No matter your background, by the end of training, you’ll feel ready to run your restaurant like a seasoned pro — and chicken like a champ every day.
We recommend a minimum of $200,000 in liquid assets and a net worth of $500,000 to qualify.
Initial Franchise Fee: $35,000
Royalty Fee: 6% of gross sales
Marketing Fee: 2.5% of monthly gross revenue (for national brand development)
Local Marketing Fund: 1.5% of gross sales (used in your community under our guidance)
These funds are designed to help you build a strong local presence while contributing to the national momentum of the Wing It On! brand.
We’ll work hand-in-hand with you and your local real estate professional to identify the best location possible. The ideal site is in a high-traffic area surrounded by community activity, such as:
Mixed-use developments, medical complexes, and office clusters
Populations of at least 150,000 within a 3-mile radius
Near college campuses or military bases
Close to schools, sports fields, and recreational areas
Most Wing It On! locations are around 1,500 square feet, ideally with outdoor seating. Visibility and signage are key — we’ll help make sure your restaurant stands out.
